Bryan grew up in Monticello and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth. His years of experience working with equipment and machinery have given him a strong understanding of what it takes to build asphalt surfaces that perform well over time. He brings an eye for detail to every project and genuinely enjoys delivering finished work that customers can feel confident in.

Before joining the family business full-time, Katie spent more than 10 years as a registered oncology nurse and now works in a local school district.

Caring for others has always been at the center of her career, and that same mindset carries over into the way we serve our customers. She has enjoyed learning the many different aspects of running a business and helping create a positive experience for every client we work with.

When we’re not working, we’re busy raising our two young boys, who already love being part of the family business. Whether they’re helping with machine maintenance, riding in the skid steer, or climbing into the dump trucks, they’re always excited to spend time on the job site with Mom and Dad.

For us, Fairfax Asphalt is about more than paving driveways and parking lots. It’s about building something we can be proud of, serving our local communities, and treating every project with the same level of care and attention we would expect for our own property.
